One site, over 200 printers in 18 buildings
At this prestigious, leading, boarding school they have over 200 printers and copiers spread throughout 18 buildings. At present we are undertaking a test audit on one department, prior to roll-out throughout the school. Early indications show a saving of 21% with no effect on staff or student’s working practice.

One site, 18 devices slimmed down to 10
At this manufacturing company there are a whole host of printers, faxes and copiers, acquired over the years, which produce over 400.000 prints per year. A full rationalisation of the printer fleet will save them nearly 25%. However, office politics mean a machine that should really go, stays, and reduces the saving to 20%.

Three sites, 12 devices, 22%Saving
This American owned manufacturing company has three UK sites, but few white collar workers. Their previous supplier vastly over-specified the machines they needed (In one instance a 40 page a minute copier, producing less than 1000 copies per month) – so although there will be no reduction in the number of devices, sensible procurement will save 22%.
