In 2006, Kanoo Travel bought American Express Travel & Foreign Exchange Shops in 26 locations nationwide, ranging from Plymouth to Edinburgh.

At the time the shops were using HP Colour Laserjet printers to print details for customers, as well as stand alone Xerox copiers, additional black and white printers and individual fax machines.

Last year, DNA undertook an extensive print audit and found that Kanoo were spending a small fortune on colour toners for their printers.

DNA recommended a small, mono, multi-functional device with print, copy, fax and scan for the Foreign Exchange Department. In addition, the Travel Department had colour multi-functional copier/printers – machines with a significantly cheaper running cost.
